In 1996 Nancy Princi was known among friends for years for her passion to cook and beautiful entertaining, more and more friends would have her head up their party from food to entertainment. As she progressed with bigger numbers in 1999 she attended Swinburne University to obtain her formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery and to this day has become one of the most renowned Chefs in Melbourne.
First off managing and training students at the university she worked for and alongside some of the most reputable chefs and exquisite establishments in Melbourne.
In 2003 she opened her doors to her new restaurant Narlis On Castella, it was also no secret Nancy loved her music and entertained patrons with some of the biggest and best bands in town.
She also was contracted for catering to the beautiful traditional West St Kilda RSL and hosted Weddings, special occasions for celebrities and socialites of Melbourne,
Nancy has worked with a team of up to 20+
In 2007 after a health scare and break she closed the doors to her much loved Narlis On Castella and today the new era is born
Glam City Events .
